Refund policy

J&J Leather Store offers a 30 day return from the date the tracking shows your package was delivered. Products must be returned in the same condition that it was when received and returned in the original packaging for a refund, a 15% restocking fee and deduction of shipping fees will be applied to the refund.

If a returned item is not in its original condition, shows signs of use, altered in any way, missing parts or pieces or exceeds 30 days the return is subject to additional fees or the return may be rejected.
